Z India Catering Co. established itself in 2014. The comany's founder Raj Singh, a restauranteur based in Las Vegas has been catering through his restaurants Royal India, known formerly as Gaylords India Restaurant in the Rio Hotel & Casino, India Masala at the Riviera Hotel & Casino, and India Masala Bar & Grill at Flmaingo Rd., since 2007. Seeing the explosive demand for Indian Cuisine in Las Vegas, Raj Singh opened Z India Catering Co. to provide Indian Cuisine  to Casinos and Convention Centers in high volumes. Z India has catered for upwards of 4,500 guests flawlessly.
